Day 16

As a newly married couple we decided to get our financial affairs in order. .

Gina Odom, Realtor: My passion for real estate started at a young age growing up in a family of contractors. With my parents as general contractors and business owners for over 28 years, I was inspired early on with a first-hand learning experience of entrepreneurship that has enabled me to successfully make my own mark in the real estate industry. My personal experience in the construction field has allowed me to develop keen skills in the construction of building a home, completing a remodel, estimating costs for materials & labor, and the necessary project management skills to successfully complete the job. 90% of my business comes from referrals from my clients and peers and it's important to me to maintain a superb level of customer service. I have 7 years experience in Real Estate, I hold a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Business, and have 10 years experience working in Customer Service and the Tech Support industry. My affiliations include, Berkeley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Emeryville Chamber of Commerce & Reading Partners.
