As Gina's body and mind work super double overtime, 24/7, she is often tired. All of our research recommends sleeping as much as one can, to include naps. Gina is averaging between 8-9 hours of sleep a night. She tries to nap, but there have been days when a nap will prevent her from being adequately tired at night, making it hard to fall asleep. She works, too, so she can't always take a nap.
This is a tough one. How do we fix it? As a guy, its my duty, right? I don't think I can fix this one.
Several days ago, Gina stated that she would like more candles and comfortable smells around the house. Ohhhhh, she wants to be comfortable! I get it! This does not include me coming home from the gym, in a heightened state of sweat, and bear hugging her. I tried it, she humored me, then lovingly, "baby, please go rinse off."
Providing a comfortable environment for her to relax is the only real "fix" to the tired issue. A clean house, nice candles, fresh smells like lavender or flowers, me showering, incense (be cautious of the incense as it can be overpowering), etc, help her to relax.
